Samsung Android phone - app continues to lockup or do nothing when I attempt to sign in for the first time. Two complete days and unable to get past the login after subscribing? Really should not be this hard. Understand why the app rates so poorly.

Hey HS. 4 days again with no paper downloads on Android devices since AFL Grand Final. I have around 200 apps installed and unfortunately the HS app crashes every 2-3 mths. Currently down for 4 days and counting. Will load news, but download papers and view archive and just a spinning wheel. For a paid app, on no. 1 Aust newspaper, it's very third world. I'm forced to use other free news apps. Find someone to manage and maintain your app to work as it should reliably. My star rating is a one.
